Tulus’ customers’ assessment of perceived business value and value for money are both above the industry average. Tulus’ NPS score also moved from good to excellent, reaching 70%. 65% of Tulus customers rate their customer satisfaction as either 9 or 10 and 33% rate it as 8 or 7.

Tulus won bronze in Finland’s Agency of the Year competition organised by Regi. The winners were announced at an awards gala on 29 February 2024 in Helsinki.
