This year’s renewed Agency of the Year Finland awards included gold, silver and bronze medals. 29 agencies made it to the finals and 13 of them – including Tulus – were awarded medals.
The highest competition score for gold medallists was 91.6, for silver medallists 86.8, and for bronze medallists between 82.6 and 84.5. Tulus received 24 competition responses from our customers. Thank you for each and every one!
Tulus’ customers’ assessment of perceived business value and value for money are both above the industry average. Tulus’ NPS score also moved from good to excellent, reaching 70%.
The business benefits experienced by Tulus customers are based on security of supply and day-to-day support
Our clients rely on us as an integral and secure part of their team. In their open responses, our clients highlighted, among other things, the clear time savings, cost efficiency, good project communication, doing things right the first time, high-quality content production, extensive expertise, brand knowledge, high-quality website development and reliability even in busy situations and unexpected turns of events.
Our top score was for customer engagement. In the Agency of the Year award, this includes the agency’s presence, ability to listen and respond, and the interest and commitment shown by the agency to the client and joint projects. Through the My Tulus service, Tulus is always close to the client.
Other strengths of Tulus include delivery reliability, i.e. the ability to produce ordered materials according to instructions, budgets and schedules, price-quality ratio, good administrative routines and project management skills. Success in these areas demonstrates that our values of reliability and quality are successfully present in our work and in our relationships with our customers.
Digital skills, initiative and creativity are evolving rapidly
Our third value, enthusiasm, drives our development! Compared to last year, we have improved most in digital skills, initiative, collaboration, administrative routines and creativity.
Of these, digital competence, creativity and initiative also feature in the top four of the survey of office managers, alongside strategic competence, when asked about the most important areas for office development.
In digital skills, including the use of artificial intelligence, 71% of respondents gave Tulus a score of 9 or 10, and 13% gave Tulus a score of 8 or 7. The remaining 17% had not purchased any digital services from Tulus.
88% of those who bought website development services from Tulus are satisfied with the service they received.
In 2024, we will continue to focus on perceived business benefits and customer satisfaction: already at excellent levels. We will also continue to develop our creativity and initiative to provide our customers with even more inventive solutions and new ideas in the midst of our common daily hustle and bustle.
Thank you to our customers for their valuable feedback. We are even more motivated to serve and improve this year!
