My Tulus\u00ae is designed to adapt to your changing needs. Any unused hours from a quieter month can be carried forward and used during the following two months when additional support is needed. <\/p>\n

If you have unused hours from previous months, they will be used first to cover the additional work. If it becomes clear that your agreed monthly hours will still be exceeded\u2014especially on a recurring basis\u2014we’ll discuss the situation with you and agree on the best solution.<\/p>\n

The agreed monthly My Tulus\u00ae hours are billed at the standard My Tulus\u00ae rate, while any additional hours are invoiced at the supplementary hourly rate specified in your agreement. If your needs grow, your My Tulus\u00ae package can be expanded at any time. <\/p>\n

The agreed My Tulus\u00ae hours are invoiced at the end of each month in accordance with your agreement. Any additional hours are billed at the supplementary hourly rate specified in your My Tulus\u00ae contract, which is still lower than Tulus’ standard hourly rate. <\/p>\n

Every monthly invoice includes a comprehensive report detailing the work completed and the hours spent on each task. The level of reporting is agreed individually with each client, as some organisations require more detailed reporting than others. <\/p>\n

Clients typically use it to monitor and manage communications, support planning and budgeting, develop services and processes, and evaluate the effectiveness of their communications and marketing efforts. <\/p>\n

At the start of our collaboration, we agree on a service term, typically six or twelve months. However, the contract duration can be tailored to suit each client’s individual needs. We only invoice for the work actually completed, making My Tulus\u00ae a flexible, low-risk service. <\/p>\n

We plan the work together with you based on your business needs, communications priorities, and the services included in your agreement. The plan is highly flexible and adapts as your priorities evolve. With some clients, we also hold a short My Tulus\u00ae planning meeting at the beginning of each month to review upcoming activities and priorities. <\/p>\n
